FOUND:RE Contemporary and FOUND:RE Hotel Unveil “Too Cute” Kawaii-Inspired Exhibition OCT. 16

FOUND:RE Contemporary and FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel just announced their latest studio exhibition, “Too Cute,” a Kawaii-inspired collection of works by multiple artists. “Too Cute” will be unveiled to the public on Friday, Oct. 16 with an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m.
This studio exhibition draws on the visual language of kawaii culture and its roots in postwar Japanese art and design. The concept is defined by softness, sentimentality and childlike wonder taken seriously as a way of seeing and deliberately pushing past the edge of comfort.

The exhibition will be hung in the studio space at FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and will remain on display through Sunday, April 11, 2027.
“Too Cute” is presented as part of FOUND:RE Contemporary’s regular schedule of rotating exhibitions. Works will be for sale in person and at foundrecontemporary.com.
