Summer Camps at iCode Scottsdale
Week of June 22 – June 26
This week is packed with robotics, game development, and digital design. All camps are instructor-led and project-based, giving campers the chance to build, test, and create all week long.
VEX Battle of the Bots: Tournament of Champions (Ages 8–11)
Campers team up to design, build, and compete with robotic battle-bots. Students learn the basics of mechanics, gears, sensors, and programming while competing in fun challenges like sumo wrestling and head-to-head matches.
Jr Programmer: Intro to 2D Game Development with Scratch (Ages 7–10)
Campers create their own 2D games using Scratch while learning functions, custom code blocks, and game logic. Projects are inspired by classic games like Flappy Bird and Pac-Man.
3D Modeling with Blender (Ages 10–16)
Students learn the fundamentals of 3D modeling and animation using Blender. Campers design and present their own 3D project while gaining skills in digital design, creativity, and problem-solving.
Game Builder: Creating with Construct 3 (Ages 9–13)
Campers learn how games are made using Construct 3. Starting with simple projects, students build increasingly complex 2D games as they learn real game design tools and concepts.
