Massive Indoor Pickleball Facility To Open In Scottsdale

A new Scottsdale indoor pickleball facility with nine courts is planned for a 27,487-square-foot space opening in 2026.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Scottsdale is getting a new indoor pickleball destination, and it's a big one.

PickleRage announced plans to open a Scottsdale location in 2026 at 7400 E. Tierra Buena Lane in Scottsdale Airpark.

The facility will span nearly 27,500 square feet and feature nine indoor courts, offering year-round play regardless of the Valley's summer heat.

The company said the club is designed to serve as both a recreational and social hub, with access to major freeways and proximity to residential neighborhoods and commercial areas throughout the corridor.

"Expanding into Scottsdale represents an important step in our growth strategy," said David Smith, COO at PickleRage. "This market offers a unique combination of strong demographics, an active lifestyle culture, and a growing demand for premium recreational experiences. We're excited to bring a best-in-class indoor pickleball facility to the community."

Beyond just court time, the Scottsdale club will offer leagues, lessons, clinics and social programming for players of all skill levels.

PickleRage said the Scottsdale market includes more than 550,000 residents within a 10-mile radius and a median household income above $114,000.

Founded in 2023 by pickleball enthusiasts seeking dedicated indoor facilities, PickleRage has grown into a national brand with ambitious expansion plans.

The company said it intends to open more than 500 clubs across the country over the next five years through franchise partnerships.
