Tohono Chul Botanical Gardens, Galleries, and Bistro

Guests of Tohono Chul are invited to get swept away by the passion and energy of flamenco with its Flamenco in the Garden event. Held Sunday, May 3, the event features two performance times, beginning at 5 p.m.

These lively performances blend tradition with modern flair amid the enchanting ambiance of Tohono Chul’s lush Performance Garden. Guests will be transported to the streets of Spain through stunning costumes, expressive movements, energetic footwork, captivating guitar rhythms and moving vocals.

A range of beverages will be available from the Garden Bistro Bar so guests can sip as they sway to the music.
The first performance takes place from 5 to 6:30 p.m.; the second runs from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $40 per person.

Becoming a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® involves meeting certain education and experience requirements, and passing a 180-question exam. The key to passing the exam is to understand the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) view of project management.&nbsp; This means reviewing and understanding PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and the PMI Agile Practice Guide, but also becoming familiar with how PMI expects project managers to apply that knowledge.&nbsp; In most cases, this requires PMP-candidates to become familiar with new concepts during their PMP exam preparation, and/or to “unlearn” practices that they have picked up over the years.

This course provides a solid PMP prep foundation – we present and explain all the concepts you need to know.&nbsp; While other PMP training courses focus on last-minute cramming to prepare you for the exam, we assume you actually want to learn something from your PMP education.&nbsp; No pre-reading is required before taking our course, but you should be prepared to study the materials we provide – it’s a closed book exam.

<h2>Who should take this PMP Certification Prep course?</h2>

Course participants should be familiar with the certification process, and meet the PMP experience requirements prior to attending.&nbsp; You should also be reasonably familiar with modern project management techniques, as advocated by PMI, and be planning on sitting for the exam within a couple of months of completing this course.

Presented by the Eller Partnerships Office, this event brings together corporate partners, faculty and students to celebrate the impact of experiential learning and the strength of industry collaboration.
Centered around the theme Turning Data into Decisions, the program will feature a panel discussion exploring data-driven decision-making and strategic leadership in uncertain environments. In addition to the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with student experiential learning showcases, participate in networking with industry and academic leaders and attend an awards ceremony. The ceremony will recognize outstanding contributions across partner, ambassador, students, and faculty categories, underscoring Eller’s commitment to building relationships that shape the future of business education and workforce development.

The 2026 Faculty Advisor of the Year award winner is Seokjun Youn, assistant professor of Management Information Systems.&nbsp;

Student award winners will also be recognized, with those honorees announced during the event.
