Summer Night Markets Return To Old Tucson: What To Know

From handmade art to live music and cold drinks, the popular evening market series gives Tucsonans a reason to get outside all summer long.

TUCSON, AZ — As the heat of the day fades and the Sonoran Desert cools off, Old Tucson is giving Tucsonans a reason to get outside this summer.

The annual Summer Night Markets return this season with events twice a month from May through September, running from 6:30 to 10 p.m. each night.

More than 45 local vendors will set up along the historic Main Street and Town Square, offering handmade art, crafts, food and drinks against the backdrop of the desert landscape.

Beyond the vendors, the full Old Tucson experience stays open each market night, including rides, games, bars, restaurants and live entertainment.

Season pass holders get a rides wristband included with their pass.

Admission and parking are always free.

This season's schedule:

  • May 23 (Schools Out Celebration Night Market)
  • June 6 and 27
  • July 11 and 25
  • Aug. 8 and 22
  • Sept. 5

Old Tucson is located at 201 Kinney Road. Premium parking will be available for a small fee at some events for those who want a closer spot, but general parking remains free for all.
