Raising Cane's Opening New Locations In CA, Other States
New restaurants are opening in several states, including California, in August, according to reports.
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers will open seven new locations in August, including two in California, according to reports.
The first California restaurant, at 400 N. Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks, is set to open Monday, while the second, at 16940 Slover Ave. in Fontana, will open Aug. 17, USA Today reported.
The chain’s website lists 142 California locations, including a Hollywood Boulevard restaurant that opened in March, marking Raising Cane's 1,000th store, according to Fast Company.

Other states getting new locations in August include Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, Alabama and Georgia, USA Today reported, adding that, additionally, several remodeled restaurants will reopen in the month.
Started in Louisiana 30 years ago as of this coming Aug. 28, Raising Cane’s is aiming to have over 1,600 U.S. locations and be a top 10 U.S. restaurant brand before 2030, Fast Company reported.
