As part of our continuing focus to connect and empower those in the Lyme Disease community, we are hosting a monthly Empowerment Circle that takes place via Zoom. Unlike traditional webinars, this is an interactive support group. This monthly event includes a guided meditation which you can practice anytime. In this empowering gathering, we will discuss the month’s focus questions, learn nervous system regulation tools, and share insights to help & inspire. Our hope is that you come away feeling supported, heard, and inspired on your healing journey.
