Necklaces Ripped From Man By Masked Robbers At Sunvalley Shopping Center

CONCORD, CA — Concord police are investigating the daytime robbery after two masked men allegedly attacked a shopper and stole his necklaces inside Sunvalley Shopping Center.

The attack happened Tuesday afternoon inside the mall near Macy's Women’s.

Concord police investigators said the two suspects approached the victim, grabbed his necklaces, and fought with him before fleeing the mall with the stolen jewelry.

The victim suffered minor injuries during the struggle.

Concord police said they are reviewing surveillance footage from inside the mall and surrounding areas to identify the suspects and determine whether they used a vehicle to escape.

The investigation remains active, and authorities have not released additional information.
