40 Dublin Students Named 2027 National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists
40 students who attend school in Dublin could be named National Merit Scholars after scoring in the top 1% for the PSAT.
DUBLIN, CA — Forty students who attend school in Dublin were named National Merit Scholarship semifinalists, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced. That included 10 students from Dublin High School, 18 students fm Emerald High School, and 10 at the Quarry Lane School.
The students joined more than 16,000 students in the running to be named a National Merit Scholar, and receive a $2500 scholarship to help them further their educations. Students from this same list may be offered scholarships from colleges, universities and their parents' employers.
The following semifinalists in Dublin received PSAT/NMSQT exam scores high enough to place them in the top one percent of US high school seniors:
