Man Shot And Killed At Dublin Sports Grounds

DUBLIN, Calif. — A man was fatally shot Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of the Dublin Sports Grounds, and police quickly apprehended suspects.

Dublin Police Services responded to the sports complex at 6700 Dublin Blvd. about 3:08 p.m. Saturday. Officers found the man with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

"All known suspects were in custody," Dublin police announced in a written statement. "At this time, there is no apparent threat to public safety."

Authorities did not immediately identify the victims, suspects, or details leading up to the shooting or the apprehension of suspects.
