Persimmon is a 1-1/2-year-old, 7-pound, female, Domestic Short Hair cat with a Brown Tabby coat.
She and her kittens were found under a trailer. They were transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS).
Persimmon loves attention. When you pet her, she leans in for more. She loves to explore her surroundings.

She would be fine living with kids six and older. She likes other cats.
The $100 adoption fee for Persimmon includes medical exam, spay, up to date vaccinations, and a registered microchip.

The "Yappy Hour Summer Series" benefiting Rancho Coastal Humane Society starts June 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the VAGA Bar at Alila Marea Beach Resort at 2100 N. Coast Highway 101 at Encinitas.
These Yappy Hour events on June 25th, July 23rd, and August 20th invite guests and their well-behaved four-legged friends to gather in a rooftop-style setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Alila Marea will donate 15 percent of proceeds from featured food and beverage specials to Rancho Coastal Humane Society, up to $500 per event.
