Hi Neighbors!  Sea Hugger's Sand &amp; Sea Festival is back and we would love to see the Coastside community come out and celebrate. Join us Saturday, July 18th at Poplar Beach in Half Moon Bay for a beach volleyball tournament, beach cleanup and family friendly activities for all ages. Whether you are there to compete, volunteer or just soak up the summer, there is a place for you. It is one of our favorite days of the year and it is even better with the whole community there. Hope to see you on the sand!

Most training programs run on guesswork. Custom Fit replaces it with measurement. At its San Francisco studios, Personal Training and Partner Training memberships include unlimited DEXA body-composition scans and VO2 max testing — diagnostics usually sold one scan at a time or reserved for specialized clinics. Custom Fit members can test as often as they train. The reasoning is straightforward. A DEXA scan measures fat, lean muscle, and bone density with clinical precision. A VO2 max test measures the body's maximum oxygen uptake, one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular fitness and long-term health.
