Motorcycle Operator Killed In Crash In Highland Park

The crash occurred early Wednesday morning.

HIGHLAND PARK, CA — A motorcycle rider was killed in a crash into a parked car and pole Wednesday in Highland Park, police said.

The crash was reported at about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of York Boulevard and Avenue 49, just south of Occidental College, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The rider, a man about 30 years old, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
