Sprouts Plans Highland Park Location At Former 99 Cents Store
Plans have been revealed for the former 99 Cents Only Store near York Boulevard and Figueroa Street.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A Sprouts Farmers Market is set to replace the former 99 Cents Only Store in Highland Park.
The grocery store chain has signed a lease for a new store at 6235 York Blvd., near Figueroa Street, and plans to open up at the location in 2027, Bisnow reported.
The site is the location of a former 99 Cents Only Store that has sat vacant since the chain closed in 2024.

Demolition notices posted at the building suggest the existing structure will be knocked down, The Eastsider reported.
Sprouts, which specializes in natural and organic foods, has a location three miles away on the western side of Northeast Los Angeles, on Eagle Rock Boulevard.
