Iconic OC Pizza Shop Debuts New Gelato Concept

DANA POINT, CA — It just got a little sweeter in Dana Point.

Award-winning pizzeria Truly Pizza officially opened its second concept, Truly Gelato, this past week in Dana Point.

Its initial menu features nine flavors, including Madagascar bean, sea salt and caramel, Valrhona milk chocolate, Sicilian pistachio and more, according to the shop's Instagram.

Co-founder Michael Vakneen told The Orange County Register that the menu is subject to change based on guest feedback.

"We're going to, you know, play some music and see if they like it," he told the newspaper.
