Menifee Officials Celebrate Groundbreaking Of New Stater Bros. At McCall Square

MENIFEE, CA — Menifee officials joined the community during a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday for a new Stater Bros. grocery store at McCall Square, one of the city's latest commercial developments.

The new location will be the fourth Stater Bros. grocery store in the city and the first to serve the Heritage Lakes community.

Stater Bros. opened its third location in the Menifee in 2017 at the Shoppes at the Lakes center on Newport Road.

On Thursday, officials said when the store is complete, it will offer local resident another shopping alternative and generate new jobs.

City officials said Stater Bros. made "generous" donations to local organizations, including $2,500 to the Menifee Police Foundation.

The 15.5-acre McCall Square development currently includes 7-Eleven, Chipotle, Starbucks, with a Baskin Robbins store also on the way.
