Rivian Building Sales And Service Center In RivCo

PERRIS, CA — An electric vehicle manufacturer is coming to Perris after signing a long-term lease for light manufacturing and service facility in Perris.

Rivian has agreed to lease a 49,470-square-foot on a two-property logistics campus developed by Dedeaux Properties, which will operate as a facility supporting the company's regional operations, including maintenance, sales, service, charging and more.

The site is a 4.6-acre property located at 18631 Seaton Avenue that will include 30-foot clear heights, dock-high loading and a yard for trailer parking and outdoor storage.

The facility will be next to Interstate 215, a major corridor in Riverside County where manufacturing facilities have continued to expand.

"With demand returning and a high amount of product available in the market, tenants are going to seek out the best properties to meet their needs," said Ben Horning, director of development at Dedeaux Properties.
