Water Testing To Limit Restrooms And Drinking Fountain Availability At Elsinore Valley Parks
Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District will conduct water system testing at several Elsinore Valley parks in February.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District will conduct water system testing at several Elsinore Valley parks in February, which will temporarily affect restroom and drinking fountain availability on select days.
Testing is scheduled at Canyon Hills Park and Creekside Park on Feb. 4 and Feb. 5. On Feb. 4, potable water testing will not affect restrooms or drinking fountains. On Feb. 5, restrooms and drinking fountains will be temporarily unavailable for approximately four to six hours beginning around 7 a.m. due to irrigation system testing.
At Summerly Park, testing is scheduled for Feb. 10 and Feb. 11. On Feb. 10, potable water testing will have no effect on restroom or drinking fountain availability. On Feb. 11, restrooms and drinking fountains will be temporarily unavailable for approximately four to six hours beginning around 7 a.m. as irrigation system testing is completed.

"We appreciate residents’ understanding as this important testing is completed to maintain water quality and public safety," EVMWD said in a release.
