LAKE FOREST, CA — In Lake Forest, some of the best sights are those maintained by the city.

This picture was taken at dusk on Friday, Sept. 18 at Lake Forest City Hall.

These waters run near a tranquil fountain located just outside Lake Forest City Council Chambers.
