October In Livermore: Fall Fun, Festivals & More

Fall is officially here in Livermore, and there’s no shortage of ways to make the most of it. From festivals and farmers markets to pumpkin patches, live music and other seasonal fun, October brings plenty of reasons to get out and enjoy what’s happening close to home.

Here are some events and activities happening in and around Livermore this October.

Thursday Night Farmers Market

When: Thursdays through Oct. 8, 2026, 4 to 8 p.m.
Where: Carnegie Park | 2155 Third Street, Livermore

Start the weekend early at the Thursday Night Farmers Market in Downtown Livermore’s Carnegie Park. Visitors can shop for locally grown produce, grab dinner from local vendors and food trucks and enjoy live music in a relaxed, picnic-style atmosphere that makes for an easy evening out with the whole family.

ArtWalk 2026

When: Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Downtown Livermore

Downtown Livermore turns into an open-air gallery for ArtWalk on Oct. 10, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. More than 200 artists will showcase everything from paintings and pottery to jewelry, mixed media and handmade goods throughout downtown, while the new CHALK the WALK festival adds colorful chalk creations to the festivities.

Pool Pumpkin Patch And Splash

When: Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, 1 p.m.
Where: Robert Livermore Aquatic Center | 4444 East Avenue, Livermore

Pumpkin picking moves into the water during the Pool Pumpkin Patch and Splash at Robert Livermore Aquatic Center on Oct. 17, 2026, from 1 to 4 p.m. Families can choose a pumpkin floating in the pool and stick around for games and crafts, with preregistration costing $15 for participants who want a pumpkin and spectator admission available for $5.

Halloween Boo Bash

When: Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, 4 to 6 p.m.
Where: Robert Livermore Recreation Building | 4444 East Avenue, Livermore

Kids ages 3 to 11 can get into the Halloween spirit at LARPD's Halloween Boo Bash on Oct. 24, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Robert Livermore Community Center. The family-friendly celebration includes Halloween crafts, carnival games with prizes and a Not-so-Haunted House designed to deliver just the right amount of spooky fun.

80s Halloween Party With Guilty Pleasures

When: Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026, 7:30 p.m.
Where: Almost Famous Wine Company | 2271 South Vasco Road, Livermore

Celebrate Halloween with an '80s twist at the 80s Halloween Party With Guilty Pleasures at Almost Famous Wine Lounge on Oct. 31, 2026, starting at 7:30 p.m. The 21-and-older event features Guilty Pleasures performing '80s hits and Halloween favorites, plus a costume contest with prizes for the best '80s, funniest and scariest looks.
