Guy Fieri Says This LA Food Truck Has 'One Of The Best Birria Tacos I've Ever Had'
The crispy tacos feature handmade tortillas, Monterey Jack cheese and goat birria meat, and are served alongside consummé for dipping.
LOS ANGELES — In a city known for its taco trucks, Tacos Y Birria La Unica is one of the best, at least according to Guy Fieri.
When the longtime host of the Food Network hit “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” featured the truck on his show, Fieri declared that theirs was, “without question, one of the best birria tacos I’ve ever had.”
The crispy tacos feature handmade tortillas, Monterey Jack cheese and goat birria meat, Owner Yasmany Mendoza explained to Fieri as he prepared the dish. The tacos are served alongside consummé for dipping.
