SEAL BEACH, CA — The tides have calmed in Seal Beach, but just weeks ago, the entire coastline braced itself for a barrage of savage waves prompted by Hurricane Marie.
Local photographer Bob Arcand captured these stunning photographs while he was in Seal Beach during the city's wave advisory.
