Among the notable events:
On April 11 at about 9:50 pm, officers responded to a burglary report in the 2400 block of Blanche Road. Upon contact, officers were notified by the victim that he had left his garage door open, allowing an unknown suspect to enter and steal his electric bicycle.

On April 12 at roughly 1 pm, officers responded to a report of a suspicious circumstance in the 3300 block of The Strand. Upon contact, it was determined that three suspects gained access to a construction site and stole bulk copper wiring before fleeing the area in a vehicle.
On April 13 at about 5 am, officers responded to a burglary alarm in the 500 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered a smashed glass door, and the building appeared ransacked. It was ultimately determined that two suspects gained access to the business and stole bulk cash from the store’s cash registers.
On April 13 at roughly 10 am, officers responded to a burglary report in the 1300 block of Eleventh Street. Upon contact, it was determined that the residence was under construction, and a burglary had occurred overnight, leading to items being damaged and stolen throughout the construction site.
The MBPD's calls for service do not include domestic violence, sexual assault, crimes against children, or other incidents deemed sensitive for police investigations.
