Missing 69-Year-Old Mill Valley Man Last Seen In Richmond: Police

MILL VALLEY, CA — Mill Valley police are asking for the public's help finding a 69-year-old man who was reported missing after he did not return home from work on Wednesday.

Alexander Drejes, 69, was last seen at work in Richmond on Wednesday evening the Mill Valley Police Department said. He did not return to his home in Mill Valley.

Drejes is described as a white man who is 6 feet tall and weighs around 175 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.

Police said Drejes is known to become confused at work due to exposure to chemicals. He went missing about five months ago because of the issue and was found in San Francisco after about 24 hours, according to police.

Authorities said it has not been confirmed whether his current disappearance is related to a similar incident.

Police believe Drejes had his white 2014 Mercedes Sprinter van before he went missing. The van has California license plate 88196N2.
