Another Fabulous Friends of the Library Corner Bookstore Sidewalk Overstock Sale

Summer is almost here and the kids will be ready to read so bring the kids or grand kids to another of the Friends of the Murrieta Library Corner Bookstore’s fabulous and famous Overstock Book Sale on Saturday, June 20^th at 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. This used bookstore ordinarily has three overstock sales per year and this is an excellent time to shop and update your reading list as well as the kids.

Hundreds of books will be available, providing a wide range of choices for all. Where else can you find books that are in good-to-excellent condition?Hardbacks are $1.00, trade paperbacks are $.50 and paperbacks, $.25.

Volunteer Store Manager, Nancy Dixon welcomes those who attend the sidewalk sale to stop inside as well to browse the store’s amazing number of other books, also reasonably priced. All proceeds from this sale will benefit the Murrieta Public Library programs. The mission of the Friends of the Murrieta Library is to support the Murrieta Public Library through fund-raising, advocacy and volunteerism, and to promote awareness of and support for the Library as it serves the informational, educational, cultural and recreational needs of our Community” All proceeds from this sale benefit the Murrieta Public Library. The Friends of the Library is a California 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation.

Ms. Dixon added, “We always need volunteers willing to give of their time and talent. What a great way to recycle books and support a special cause.”
