Fried Tiramisu, PB&J Cheeseburgers & Ten Pound Buns: OC Fair Food Guide 2026

COSTA MESA, CA — It's not too late to explore the many avenues of fair foods that the Orange County Fair has to offer.

From globally-inspired creations to indulgent fried desserts — and even family-friendly value meals — the 2026 has a number of options for visitors to choose from.

This year's food lineup is in full swing, with dozens of new items being offered daily. In addition, attendees can take advantage of the $5 Taste of Fair running daily until 5 p.m.

Here's a run down on OC Fair food offerings for 2026:

• The Croffle — Mom's Bakeshoppe
  • Making its OC Fair debut after gaining popularity in South Korea, Mom's Bakeshoppe will offer its Chocolate Chip Croffle. The dish combines a buttery croissant pressed in a waffle iron and topped with vanilla ice cream.
• French Onion Ten Pound Bun — Ten Pound Buns
  • This OC Fair Exclusive features a play on French onion, layering whipped butter, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar and caramelized onions into an oversized bread bowl.
• Gooey Maple Butter Popcorn Cone — Planter Popcorn
  • This OC Fair Exclusive features warm maple butter popcorn served in a cone with optional chopped nuts. Guests can also choose from several gluten-free popcorn flavors.
  • Fried Tiramisu — Chicken Charlie's stand
    • Chicken Charlie's is celebrating its 30th anniversary with several new menu additions, including: Fried Mangonada, Shawarma Fry Cone, Parmesan Garlic Fry Cone and Fried Tiramisu — an OC Fair Exclusive.
    • The stand is also offering a special $30 anniversary meal deal that includes an entree, fries, Fried Oreos and a drink.
