Piglets, Pygmy Goats & Rare Horses: OC Fair Brings Ark Of Animals
There are plenty of special events planned at the OC Fair for residents looking to get up close and personal with new animals.

COSTA MESA, CA — Are you on the hunt for a memorable fair experience this summer?
The Orange County Fair is still in full swing, with plenty of events lined up for residents to end summer with a bang.
For residents looking to meet new animals during their Orange County Fair experience still have a chance to meet animals ranging from oxen to llamas, Pygmy goats to peacocks and more.

Here's a run-down on all animal-related OC Fair events for the rest of the fair's season:
- Head to Millennium Barn to watch cow milking demonstrations at 2:15 p.m., 4:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. every day.
- In the Livestock Area, FFA and 4-H students will display their year of hard work as they showcase goats, steers, sheep, hogs and chickens.
- At the three-acre Centennial Farm, fairgoers will find a variety of livestock on display and learn about the impact of agriculture on our daily lives. Centennial Farm is located between Blue Gate and Heroes Hall.
- At the farm, residents can find a new litter of piglets, goat kids, hens, cows, peacocks and more.
In addition, the OC Fair is hosting a slew of rotating animal exhibits. For the run-down, see below.

Visitors of all ages will also enjoy a free petting zoo that includes farmyard favorites like goats, sheep, pigs and calves. The petting farm is located near Yellow Gate.
Fairgoers can also cheer for their favored swing at the All-Alaskan Racing Pigs event, which happens daily.
Admission is free, and photos with the racing pigs are available for a fee after every show.
Local beekeepers are also on-site to talk to fairgoers about the importance of the buzzing pollinators in keeping our yards and farms healthy.
In addition, attendees can pay a small fee to enjoy a butterfly enclosure.
