Oceanside, California — California is home to students who are showing up, standing out and making a real impact in their schools and communities. To celebrate them, Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to spotlight local students excelling in academics, athletics, the arts and beyond.

Jordyn is an amazing girl! She enjoys helping anyone who crosses her path—I see an enjoyment from her. She is very involved in her school as a mentor for K–5, earns good grades and has so many certificates on our refrigerator there isn’t any space left. She also plays soccer, flag football and basketball—no days off from sports and practice. She was picked as a team captain for flag football, which was her first time playing this season. That should say a lot—she is a leader for young children in our community. I believe Jordy B deserves a standing ovation and to be picked as Star Student of Oceanside, CA. Thank you!
