New In-N-Out Burger Coming To Orange County
The new In-N-Out comes amid broader changes for the Southern California-based company.
IRVINE, CA — As In-N-Out Burger continues expanding across the country, one of the chain's newest Southern California locations is coming to Orange County.
The popular burger chain will open a new restaurant at The Canopy, a 12-acre retail center under construction in Irvine's Great Park neighborhood.
The eatery will span 3,700 square feet and include a drive-thru at the center at 7900 Great Park Blvd., according to The Canopy's website.

The Canopy will offer more than 90,000 square feet of retail, dining and essential daily services, according to the site. Other restaurants and retailers slated to open in the sprawling space include FP Movement, H&H Bagels, Palmetto Superfoods, Philz Coffee, T&T Supermarket and The Taco Stand, among others.
The center is expected to open in late 2026.

The new In-N-Out in Irvine comes amid broader changes for the Baldwin Park-based company. In 2025, CEO Lynsi Snyder announced that In-N-Out's Irvine corporate office will close by 2030, with operations shifting back to Baldwin Park, where the chain was founded in 1948.
The company also continues to expand across the country.
In addition to the Irvine restaurant, In-N-Out has announced upcoming locations in Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee and Utah.
