Graze Craze Expands with New Charcuterie Shop in Redondo Beach

Graze Craze®, leading creator of beautifully prepared grazing boards and boxes that turn any gathering into a memorable event, has opened a new shop in Redondo Beach. Located at 629 N. Pacific Coast Highway in King Harbor Plaza, it features an elevated selection of charcuterie offerings that encourage customers to “Celebrate Everything” in delicious new ways.

Graze Craze Redondo Beach is owned by Iman Hobbs Browne, a proud graduate of Spelman College (an HBU) and an Emmy Award-winning former journalist who has found a new career that lets her express her love of creative hospitality.

“I’m most excited about the opportunity to share an elevated eating experience with people who may not realize that charcuterie is so much more than meat and cheese arranged on a board,” Browne said. “It’s edible art that brings people together in a way that’s elegant but also fun and delicious.”

Charcuterie Boards Designed for Events, Catering, and Everyday Occasions

Graze Craze’s signature boards are created by trained Grazologists™, combining premium Boar’s Head® meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, house-made dips, and sweet treats. Each board is crafted for flavor, balance, and visual appeal. Boards are available in multiple sizes, made fresh to order, and include gluten-free options, making them ideal for office catering, parties, and special events.

Customers can choose from a variety of options, including:

• Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more – the best way to sample a little of everything.

• Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.

• Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, baked goods, and indulgent dips.

Graze Craze stores also offer specially curated gluten-free options for their boards, including crackers, craft pickles, and scratch-made hummus.

“My favorite on the current menu is the Wine Pairing Board,” Browne said, “because it offers curated bites that pair well with wines and is sized perfectly for sharing. It enables people to share an experience through food and drinks, which is what drew me to Graze Craze when I was looking for a business of my own. It’s a unique concept and one that I can relate to as someone who likes to socialize, enjoy good food, and create beautiful things.”

About the Owner

Browne is a native of Los Angeles who left home to attend college in Atlanta, GA and returned to earn a master’s degree in communications at the University of Southern California. She then moved to New York City for a dream job at ABC Network News, where she earned an Emmy Award for her work on the World Trade Center attacks coverage in 2001 and embedded with evacuees in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina when the levees broke in New Orleans. After losing her husband in 2014, Browne returned to Los Angeles to be closer to her family and raise her young son. Today, she enjoys cheering him on at school basketball games, tending her plant collection and cooking whenever she gets the chance.

Graze Craze Redondo Beach is situated in King-Harbor Plaza on PCH, just steps from the Redondo Beach Pier, serving a broad range of corporate and residential customers across the South Bay. All menu items are available for pick-up or free delivery within 10 miles of the location. Additional delivery options are available via third-party app for customers within a 30-mile radius.
