Road Closed In Redwood City Due To Construction: Police

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Police said they shut down a road Thursday in Redwood City due to construction.

At 9:18 a.m. on Thursday, the Redwood City Police Department sent out an alert stating Southbound Veterans Boulevard near Chestnut Street, close to Highway 101, is closed due to construction until around 4:00 p.m.

Police said significant traffic delays are expected and to use alternate routes until further notice.
