Popular Coffee Chain Opens New Location In San Diego County

SANTEE, CA — A popular San Diego-born coffee chain opened its newest cafe in Santee early Friday, continuing its expansion across Southern California.

Better Buzz Coffee Roasters opened the new shop at 8890 Cuyamaca St. opened at 4:30 a.m., with grand opening festivities scheduled to continue until 9 p.m.

To mark the opening, customers can purchase an exclusive White Chocolate Raspberry Best Drink Ever at the Santee location for the next 30 days. The limited-time beverage is a variation of the company's signature Best Drink Ever, topped with raspberry and white chocolate cold cream and finished with a dusting of pink sugar.

Better Buzz also plans to introduce a new seasonal drink, the Pina COOLAda, on July 23. The beverage, in collaboration with COOLA, combines coconut and pineapple lemonade with blue spirulina green tea.

Founded in San Diego in 2002, Better Buzz has steadily expanded throughout San Diego County, Southern California, Arizona and Nevada in recent years. The Santee cafe is its newest location.
