• Girls' Flag Football: San Marino Routs South Pasadena in First Rivalry Matchup (outlooknewspapers.com) — San Marino High's girls' flag football team crushed rival South Pasadena 39-0, notching a season-high in points and interceptions and staying in the hunt for the Arroyo League title. Sisters Keilani and Kaia Kooper led the way on both sides of the ball, and the Titans now turn their focus to hosting Temple City on Wednesday. 
• Mickey and Minnie Welcome Tournament of Roses Royal Court to Disneyland (laughingplace.com) — A San Marino High School student, Lucy Wendling, has been selected to the prestigious Tournament of Roses Royal Court, joining six other high-achieving teens from around the region. The new court kicked off its duties with a celebratory visit to Disneyland, beginning months of appearances leading up to the New Year's Day parade.
