From Pop-Punk To K-Pop: Free Concerts Return To SMC Mall
The lineup features indie rock, pop-punk, acoustic music and a K-pop DJ at weekly outdoor performances.
SAN MATEO, CA — Free live music is returning to Hillsdale Shopping Center this fall as the Rock the Block Concert Series brings four weeks of outdoor performances to North Block Plaza.
The free concerts will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. every Friday in September, with a lineup featuring local and touring artists spanning acoustic, indie rock, pop-punk and K-pop.

- Sept. 25: KPOP Club Night DJ
"We're excited to welcome the community back for another season of Rock the Block," Hillsdale Shopping Center Marketing Director Milla Khano said. "The series brings people together to discover new artists, spend time with family and friends, and make Friday evenings at Hillsdale something to look forward to."
The concerts are free and open to the public. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and organizers recommend arriving early.
