You will learn the Vietnamese technique in making gluten free fresh spring rolls with refreshing cilantro, cucumber, shrimp, and vermicelli rice noodle rolled together in rice paper. You will also learn how to make Vietnamese delicious peanut sauce and savory fish sauce. After class you will enjoy eating your fresh hand rolled springs rolls with your home-made sauces and have plenty to take home to share your creation with family and friends.
Instructor: Sarah Dang Hellman is Vietnamese and loves to cook Vietnamese cuisine. Cooking is one of her passions as food is nourishment to one's soul. She teaches Vietnamese cooking classes in Marin County.
