The 37th annual Art & Wind Festival, returning to Central Park on Memorial Day weekend, features fine arts & crafts vendors, three live entertainment stages, puppet shows, professional choreographed kite flying demonstrations, two festival food courts, family amusement zones, helicopter landing, free kite making workshop and much more.
