SCV BandCast Presents the Ultimate Local Music Showdown: SCV Battle of the Bands at Route 66 Classic Grill
SANTA CLARITA, CA — July 8, 2026 — The Santa Clarita Valley music scene is about to heat up with the ultimate local music showdown. SCV BandCast, in partnership with KHTS Radio, has officially announced the upcoming SCV Battle of the Bands, a live tournament showcasing the valley’s top musical talent. The high-energy event will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the iconic Route 66 Classic Grill.
In addition to the main event, the official Santa Clarita Grocery Food Bank drive is now open at Route 66 Classic Grill. Community members and attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to the venue starting today to help support local families ahead of the tournament.
This highly anticipated evening will bring five incredible local bands head-to-head on the main stage to perform original music and compete for the crown:
- Bandwith
- Angeles Crest
- Nomad & Lola
- Drunk Old Crow
- Mancini Rocks
The live event will be hosted by popular local personalities DJ Hollywood and Lovely Lola, promising an unforgettable night of rock & roll and great food.
True to SCV BandCast’s community-driven mission, the event doubles as a philanthropic initiative. Admission is completely free to the public, and 20% of all event proceeds will directly benefit the Santa Clarita Grocery Food Bank to help support families in our community.
