Freckle Frank is a 1-1/2-year-old, 53-pound, male, Cattledog mix.
He got lost, then he was found with students at an elementary school. He was taken to a shelter. When nobody came for him, Freckle Frank was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS).
Freckle Frank is a sensitive dog with a thoughtful nature and a heart that needs a little time with people to feel safe. He will do best in a quiet home with a family that will be patient and allow him to settle in at his own pace.
