Secrets Beneath the Pines: Sonoma Calls Volunteers To A Graveyard Shift

Join the community to help preserve Mountain, Valley, and Veteran's Cemeteries on February 28.

SONOMA VALLEY, CA — Step behind Sonoma's gravestones — literally and figuratively — at the next Cemetery Volunteer Workday, this time at Mountain Cemetery.

Sonoma organizes regular workdays at Mountain Cemetery, Valley Cemetery, and Veterans’ Cemetery, offering community members a chance to maintain and honor these grounds and help preserve these quiet reminders of local history.

The monthly workdays are tailored to each site's specific needs. Tasks include landscaping, weed control, border restoration, plot reinstatement, and other essential maintenance.
