Temecula Family Fun Entertainment Center Will Close Its Doors: Still Time To Say Goodbye

TEMECULA, CA — Temecula Portals Entertainment is planning to close, the owners shared in a recent letter to their customers. The indoor entertainment venue, located at 26569 Ynez Road inside the Palms Shopping Plaza, featured two different miniature golf courses, an arcade and prize counter, and a large laser tag arena. Owners say the location will close Aug. 10.

Sharing the news was difficult, according to Chad and Alfred Williams, owners of the establishment.

"After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the decision to permanently close Portals Entertainment Center," they said.

Fans of the venue still have two weeks to come and play games, miniature golf and laser tag there.

"Like many small businesses, we have faced financial challenges that, despite our best efforts, we have been unable to overcome," the Williamses wrote. "While this chapter is coming to an end, our gratitude for this community is greater than words can express.

"Over the past two years, you've helped make PORTALS so much more than an entertainment center. You've celebrated birthdays with us, hosted family outings, brought your schools and organizations through our doors, laughed with us, and created memories that we will cherish forever."

THE ADVENTURE ISN'T OVER YET!

The venue will remain open through Monday Aug. 10, with our regular business hours, daily specials, birthday parties, private events, laser tag, mini golf, arcade, and everything you've come to expect from Portals.

"We would love the opportunity to welcome you back one more time and celebrate these final weeks together," they said.

"If PORTALS has ever been a place where your family made a special memory, we hope you'll come visit us before our final day. There is no better way for us to close this chapter than by filling the building with laughter, friendly competition, and the amazing community that made Portals so special."

The Williams family also asked for patience with the crew

"This is an emotional time for all of us, and your kindness, encouragement, and continued support mean more than words can express," they said. "We hope you'll stop by, say hello, share a memory, and help us celebrate the incredible community that made PORTALS possible."
