Temecula's 4th of July Parade Winners Announced For 2026

Winners in 10 categories were named after Temecula's annual 4th of July parade in Old Town.

TEMECULA, CA — The City of Temecula has announced its list of winners from the annual 4th of July Parade, held in Old Town as residents and visitors gathered to celebrate Independence Day and America’s 250th anniversary in 2026.

This year, the parade featured floats, performances, community organizations and equestrian entries. The city described the event as a showcase for the creativity, pride and volunteer spirit behind one of Temecula’s longstanding holiday traditions. Local dignitaries were on hand to both ride and drive in the parade and watch the floats and marchers make their way through the Old Town Front Street event.

Temecula Councilmen Zak Schwank and James Stew Stewart, Third District Supervisor Chuck Washington, Temecula Mayor Jessica Alexander, State Senator Kelly Seyarto, and Mayor Pro Tem Matt Rahn.

The City of Temecula recognized winners in 10 categories for the 2026 parade. Southern California Bulldog Rescue, Entry #26, won in the Animals category. The Inland Empire Jeep Girls, Entry #34, won Autos, while Oilli – The Oil Change that Comes to You, Entry #25, won Autos (Commercial).

In the Bands category, The Spirit of Great Oak, Entry #23, was named the winner. Trieste Submarine Base, Entry #11, won Floats, and Big B’s Home Pro, Entry #7, won Floats (Commercial). Temecula Valley Young Marines, Entry #48, won Marchers, while Old Town Bicycle Co., Entry #12, won Marchers (Commercial).

The Knights of Columbus Padre Pio Assembly, Entry #14, was recognized in the Religious category. Uncle Sam, Entry #49, received the award in the Specialty category.

Temecula dressed up like a slice of Americana for the event, lining the streets, waving flags and sharing the pride of the 250th Anniversary and for friends and family marching in the parade.

"The annual parade drew visitors and residents to Old Town Temecula for the Independence Day event. The winning entries reflected a mix of nonprofit groups, commercial participants and community-based organizations that took part in this year’s celebration," the city shared.

The parade is a yearly part of Temecula’s Independence Day programming, and this year’s celebration also marked America’s 250th anniversary.
