Sama-Sama Fest

Sama-Sama Fest returns to Union Landing for its second Filipino American History Month celebration, a collaboration with Union Landing and the producers of FAHM Jam.

Inspired by the Filipino phrase sama-sama, meaning “together”, the festival highlights the stories, heritage, and contributions of the Bay Area’s Filipino American community while creating a space for all to celebrate culture and make history together.

With thousands expected and so many vendors, artists, creative retailers, and community organizations participating, Sama-Sama Fest will be a vibrant showcase of culture, creativity, and community pride. More than just a festival, it’s a new tradition that celebrates identity, uplifts local talent, and invites all communities to come together in unity.

Thank you for the generous sponsorships from Kaiser Permanente, Fremont Bank, Office of Supervisor Elisa Márquez, the Union Landing Property Owners Association, East Bay Landscaping, and the City of Union City.
