A tragic accident a memory that will never fade LLAJ

On January 31st, 2024, around 3 p.m., we lost Andrew Lenzi aka A.J. at such a young age in a heartbreaking tragedy. Andrew was a beloved son to Sophia Hernandez, a cherished brother to Gabriel and Nikki, and a devoted father to his son and daughter. His passing left a huge gap in his family and the entire Decoto community, where he grew up and was loved by everyone. Andrew wasn’t just a dad—he was a guiding light. One of his closest friends, my son Daniel Baca, was like a brother to him. They shared deep talks, and Andrew was always there, encouraging Daniel, telling him to stay strong and do good. Even though Andrew was a bit older, they were really close, always lifting each other up. I just want to say how much I appreciate him being there for my son during one of the lowest times in his life. I’ll always be grateful for him. Even though it’s been two years, it still feels like it was just yesterday. As we mourn this loss, we hold on to the love he gave us. Andrew, we miss you every day, and we know you’re still sending us signs from heaven, helping us stay strong as we remember you. long live A.J.
