Vinyasa Flow is a 60-minute class designed to awaken the body, focus the mind, and reconnect you to your breath. Through thoughtfully crafted, intelligent sequencing, each movement is seamlessly linked with breath, creating a fluid and meditative flow that builds strength, mobility, and ease.

This all-levels class offers a welcoming and supportive environment, with plenty of modifications and options to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re looking to energize, release tension, or simply move with intention, you’ll be guided to explore your practice in a way that feels both accessible and inspiring.

About the instructor:

Amy Norris is a local yoga teacher and wellness practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding students throughout the Bay Area. For the past 10 years, she has created supportive, accessible spaces for people of all backgrounds to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness as pathways to greater balance and well-being.

As a certified Yoga teacher and Theta Healing practitioner, Amy blends traditional yogic practices such as Asana and Pranayama, with energy-based healing techniques, offering a holistic approach that nurtures both body and mind. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that wellness should be inclusive, empowering, and deeply personal.

Amy’s intention is simple yet profound: to share the transformative benefits of yoga and holistic healing with as many people as possible. Through her classes, workshops, and community offerings, she invites students to reconnect with themselves, cultivate inner peace, and carry those benefits into their everyday lives. Join her.
