Amazon Wants To Build Mega-Warehouse In This CT Town: Report

The company is seeking the town's approval to construct a 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse.

KILLINGLY, CT — Amazon is planning to build a 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse near I-395 in Killingly, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.

The company is seeking approval from the town's planning and zoning commission.

The tech giant said it intends to donate about half of the 556-acre property to open space. About 500 full-time workers would be employed at the warehouse.
