CT Lottery Roundup: The Latest Big Winners From Across The State

CONNECTICUT — Here are the latest winners of $10,000 or more in assorted CT Lottery games and where the lucky tickets were acquired.

As of Oct. 1, 2025, the CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with Sec. 3(d) of Public Act 25-112.

The CT Lottery's policy on announcing winners is designed to "protect" them from potential scams.

For years, the CT Lottery policy had been to show the full names of all those who cashed in tickets worth $10,000 or more as a matter of public record. It then went to winners having the option of applying for anonymity. Then, the CT Lottery included just first names and last initials while keeping the anonymity option available.

Now, it's complete anonymity unless there is consent.

Connecticut Lottery Winners — Aug. 17-18, 2026

• Aug. 18, 2026 — Wallingford: A Wallingford resident won $50,000 playing FAST PLAY - BIG BANKROLL. The ticket was purchased at Cumberland Farms #4768, a convenience store in Wallingford.
• Aug. 18, 2026 — New Haven: A New Haven resident won $10,000 playing KENO. The ticket was purchased at Shippan Corner Variety, a variety/convenience store in Stamford.
• Aug. 18, 2026 — Ridgefield: A Ridgefield resident won $20,000 playing 20X CASH 10TH EDITION. The ticket was purchased at Stop & Shop #656, a supermarket in Ridgefield.
• Aug. 18, 2026 — Bethel: A Bethel resident won $10,000 playing $2,000,000 JACKPOT. The ticket was purchased at Citgo, a gas station/convenience store in Bethel.
• Aug. 17, 2026 — Milford: A Milford resident won $20,000 playing KENO. The ticket was purchased at Colony News & Lotto, a convenience store in Milford.
• Aug. 17, 2026 — Wolcott: A Wolcott resident won $11,054 playing LOTTO. The ticket was purchased at Cumberland Farms #4710, a convenience store in Wolcott.
