The properties are concentrated heavily in lower Fairfield County, particularly Greenwich and Riverside, and include sprawling waterfront compounds, equestrian estates, private docks, wine cellars, movie theaters and homes with as many as 16 bathrooms.
The listings range from approximately 5,300 square feet to nearly 19,600 square feet and collectively represent hundreds of millions of dollars in Connecticut real estate inventory.

1. 108 Cedar Cliff Rd., Riverside — $100 million
The most expensive home currently listed in Connecticut, the Riverside waterfront compound includes eight bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a private beach, dock, tennis court, movie theater and recording studio.

2. 1233 Rock Rimmon Rd., Stamford — $75 million
The sprawling Stamford estate spans nearly 16,000 square feet and more than 268 acres. The property was originally built for the Sulzberger family, publishers of The New York Times.
3. 545 Indian Field Rd., Greenwich — $42.995 million
