Four Avon homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $419,900 to $699,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 10

187 W. Avon Road, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., $659,000. Set back on 4.05 wooded acres at the end of a long private driveway, this updated 1938 house has new wood floors, a granite kitchen with new appliances, two living areas and a 2024 roof, plus a solar system.
