Learn About Berlin Programs/Services At Special Event This Week

BERLIN, CT — Berlin residents can learn more about programs, services, and resources available through town departments during a community outreach presentation this week.

The town will hold Berlin's Community Outreach Presentation on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 5:30 p.m. at the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library, 234 Kensington Road, Berlin.

The event is intended to connect residents and families with services available through various town departments.

Representatives from town departments will be available to explain their programs and answer questions.

Residents will also have an opportunity to learn where to go for assistance and how to connect with resources that may fit their needs.

Town officials said the presentation is geared toward residents of all ages, including both longtime community members and people who recently moved to Berlin.

"Whether you're new to town or have lived here for years, there may be programs and services you haven't discovered yet," the town said in announcing the event.

The town is encouraging residents to attend, ask questions, and learn more about the services available in the community.
