Bethel Car Company Plans New Facility, Could Triple Staff: Report

BETHEL, CT — A Bethel-based performance car business is planning a major expansion that could significantly increase its workforce, according to a report.

EFI Performance LLC, a company that specializes in tuning and modifying vehicles, is proposing a new 12,000-square-foot facility in the Berkshire Industrial Park near the Danbury border. It could grow its staff from about 10 employees to as many as 25 to 30 workers if approved, the News-Times reported.
